A Legacy of Knowledge

At Olive Valley, we’ve been producing premium award-winning Olive Oil for nearly 2 decades. With our rich Italian history, we have brought the knowledge, machinery and heritage from Southern Italy to the paddocks of Gippsland to produce our premium Olive Oil. We’re all about crafting high-quality olive oil and bringing those authentic Italian flavours to the paddocks of Gippsland, Australia.
